Annual Employee Biometrics Screening

Eskaton provides free biometric screenings to help employees understand their well-being risk factors. The screenings take a look at various aspects, including cholesterol, glucose, blood pressure, and body measurements, offering insights into their health and any potential risks.
Eskaton staff members who participate in the free yearly confidential biometric screening receive a $40 bonus in their paycheck.
Smoking cessation program
Eskaton provides a smoking cessation program available to all employees. The company will cover up to $150 for employees participating in a smoking cessation program. To be eligible for reimbursement, employees must attend all sessions, submit proof of completion, and remain smoke-free for 30 days. Smoking cessation prescription medication is offered through Eskaton’s health plan, applicable pharmacy co-payments apply.
24-hour NurseLine
The Anthem network offers access to registered nurses via their 24-hour NurseLine, who are equipped to assist you and your family in making well-informed health decisions. This round-the- clock service is accessible to employees enrolled in the Eskaton health plan every day of the week. This service ensures strict confidentiality. Additionally, Anthem’s 24-Hour NurseLine offers a library with over 300 recorded health topics that you can access by calling their Audio Health Library at 800-700-0197.
Mommies 2-B program
The Mommies 2-B Program aims to support Eskaton health plan members in providing their babies with a healthy beginning. Upon confirming a pregnancy, a HealthComp M2B nurse will contact expectant participants to offer enrollment in the program.
Employee wellness program
The Eskaton Employee Wellness Program recognizes that a person’s wellness is multi-dimensional, with eight distinct areas that are co-dependent upon each other for a person to feel “complete” or “whole.” Eskaton strives to support those holistic needs of all those who work at Eskaton. Every team member receives access to Eskaton’s Wellness Program. It does not matter if you are full time, part-time or on-call.
Program benefits include discounts on gym memberships, monthly newsletters, access to wellness education, wellness champions at every location, wellness campaigns, no-cost flu shots, company- sponsored challenges, events and incentives throughout the year.

Eskaton Health Plan Available Preventative Services
When using in-network providers, these preventative screenings are provided at no cost to all members of Eskaton’s Health Plan:
- Adult and child annual physicals
- Routine mammograms
- Cervical screening
- Routine prostate exam and tests
Routine colonoscopies are included in the Eskaton Health Plan, but your deductible will be applicable.
